The cell phone app does not work well. We experience dropped calls frequently, it does not allow for three-way calling, and does not work consistently with bluetooth headsets. Experience has been very disappointing.

very poor design, upon install displays a qr code to which it expects you to have a second phone on hand scan for a token... really!?
