I can only set do not disturb from my computer and not my android. Can you please address this?

Hey Deborah! We do offer the DND setting :) Simply tap the pencil icon near your Profile Picture and you'll see a menu where you can change your presence setting.

This app is great, with the exception that it does not ring in my headset. All sound from my mobile goes through my headset except the ringer on Ringcentral. Extremely annoying! Please fix!

I am sorry to say that the app doesn't work well. I can't receive calls in real time. I normally receive them 15 minutes later. i know so because my colleagues called me while we were trying it and were sitting next to me. I feel very disappointed!
