There's no way to change your status on the mobile app, so when you're mobile and on the go, you'll still appear as online and active lol. People who contact you that are RingCentral users will get automatically added to your contacts, including from people you do not know. There is no way to remove contacts. It's a serious privacy and security issue. Enjoy this 1 star, morons.

ISSUES AFTER UPDATING I seriously can't log in to the updated app. It always shows incorrect password but on the web based one it's working. What the hell is wrong? Please send me a message. This needs to be fixed! This app is use for business.

I think it's better if you add all feature of the website in this mobile apps. like in the website you can reply in the detail task, but in this apps you cannot.
Cannot chat inside a specific task, as on the PC. Really hard to keep all the tasks organized!
I downloaded this app for comunicating with an associate. Tried several times to create an account. I never recieved an email even after 5 hours. Checked inbox, spam, and trash folders. .... update glip contacted me and resolved the issue. If you have any issues contact them.

Unable to view all tasks / completed tasks. Frustrating, the online client is fantastic for regular desktop / PC, not so sure about the app.
