This thing has so much freaking potential. The things it does well, it does really well. The things it does poorly, I think have pretty simple fixes. Note to dev -- last update, believe 8/23, totally screwed up app. Just opened to blank page with the tabs across the top. IOW useless. After +/- 3 hours, seemed to be ok -- until I needed to use it today. Reverted back & I wasn't able to see/reply to messages/stay in loop with team while I was at an appt. Uninstalled, then uploaded again & seems to be okay. But, man, what a PITA. Updated app several times in hopes that it would work. Always gets a connection error and my messages never get through. Now with the latest update, my chats don't even show up. Back to the drawing board.

I miss messages because it lack the basic ability to set a different notification alert. If that was added, 5 stars.

After updating the app, I can no longer log in only in GLIP. I would like to only use the chat features, without linking my ring central login. I only use ring central in my laptop as it eats too much space in mobile. I like to previous version better. Will stop using the app bec of this. So sad!
