Yeah, if I can't even log in to my account, this app is less than useless. And the help page doesn't help at all, no ad blocker on my phone, not using some other browser, just whatever one the app uses to connect.

Can't find a "no star" button. I've been fighting with Ring Central for almost a year. Have 2 business lines. Neither of my Ring Central lines have "rung" to my cell phone in that year. Have been forced to purchase 2 separate phones to use for my business. There is no way to calculate how much money RC has cost me in lost customer calls. Overall rating for this app and customer service is ZERO, ZERO, ZERO. Don't buy thos product.

Ring Central does very little to support their customers. You'll run a gauntlet of hidden charges, careless account managers, and people who barely English. They had the gall to try to charge my credit card for another year of "service" after I cancelled the account and ported my numbers out to Grasshopper. When you call in for help, they give you the runaround, shift you from one person to another, and no one can help, but always the other guy can. Not free txt or call it's just a email place like Gmail so no fail
My company uses this app for business and we have been having such a terrible time with connection. Incoming and outgoing calls keep dropping and failing and when we do connect, we are having a horrible time hearing anything. Unfortunately, we've had a difficult time getting in touch with customer support because they're not open on weekends. This is very inconvienent for those of us that use this service 7 days a week. Can someone from the support team get back to me as soon as possible??
