The first time I logged into the new mobile app and tried to make a call, I had both cellular and wifi connected. I first tried calling a contact via Direct Dial, which did not work. The dialing screen kept trying to connect and I would hear the ascending tones every 20-30 seconds but it never actually dialed. Then I tried Ring Out with my mobile phone as my Ring Out number. Should've left it alone. New updated app doesn't work for me Update 9/9/19. Called to cancel my account and was told that there is no refunds. Explained that the new app is confusing and doesn't work for me. Still no refund. Totally not fair !!

Waste of time downloading the app I put my email address in there 5 times I never got a email 2 confirm the account and try 2 use it or check it pit at all

We tried this app in conjunction with the free trial the company offers. All of this was contingent on this app connecting to Bluetooth headsets and vehicle systems, which the company promised would happen. It didn't. The app is probably not much worse than any of the other ones out there, although we couldn't find anything to justify the higher than average rating, but it's only getting 1 🌟 because the company consistently misinformed us about the Bluetooth functionality. Waste of time

Installed app, phone doesn't ring when I have an incoming call. Isn't that the basic functionality a phone app should have?
