Please ... just go here ... this is like the Cadillac of tanning places .. they also have great little spa services too.. staff is friendly and helpful.. be prepared for the sales pitch but prices are reasonable .. place is super clean and I have never had to wait long for anything

This place has the most compassionate and knowledgeable staff! They learn who you are and what your goal are and help you learn how to care for your skin while tanning. If you love good customer service you will love this location.
Love tanning at the Bedford and alliance locations. However the alliance location is constantly out of cryo. Me and my wife purchased several sessions of cryo, and have to drive 30 min from grapevine to use them. On several occasions we've gotten there and they've been out. Due to this issue we will no longer purchase anymore cryo. We will use cryo x in grapevine instead.
I came in with a friend to take advantage of the awesome free tan for a year offer! Well they convinced us to try some nice lotions which gets you access to luxury level beds for a period of time. I explained to the gentleman that I had a bad experience in the past with a lotion and I would like to avoid that going forward. This lotion left little brown pieces all over my skin. I would agree with previous reviews that it is packed most evenings with wait times. The staff seems friendly but maybe not always to most knowledgeable on lotions and information they give you regarding the tanning beds. I would suggest researching lotions yourself before purchasing. I love the tanning beds and the pods. I would especially love it if they would open more locations, maybe in near South Fort Worth (Benbrook area) or in other towns like Weatherford or Granbury. Love the services when you can get them. They seem to be extremely busy more often this year than last..seems they may be 'over'growing.. may need to think about exploring other avenues after this 'season'. Its becoming not so convenient ..but still enjoyable as long as you arent constantly waiting.
Great prices, top of the line beds and a Great Staff! It's worth the extra drive. Very clean and well organized! Hardly ever a wait.
