Started with a Groupon. Always nervous about Groupon but they were fabulous, and helpful. My daughter tans for dance competitions. Versaspa spray tans were perfect. Graduated to a membership because we loved it so much.
Awesome staff and very friendly! Helped me pick out a gift for my girlfriend for her birthday. I don't know anything about tanning so their patience was appreciated very much!
Went in because I got a coupon in the mail. Two ladies working the register. I didn't get her name but she had dark black hair and leopard spot tattoos on her arm, took me around and showed me the facilities in full detail. The place was very clean and quite impressive. I used to tan here when it was mega tan. I originally went in for a tanning membership but she showed me all the specials they had running and I chose the luxury uv which comes with tanning and 8 services a month. I usually love going to this location, however, the employees make a difference in the experience that you will have. I arrived at 8:45pm and their store hours say they are open until 9pm. The lights were off already, but I walked up to see if they were open due to the fact that they weren't closed yet. The two girls working at the front desk were not helpful and they refused to give services. The excuse given was because they take apart the beds at night. clean and great selection of beds but besides that I feel like they are constantly trying to push products on us. very pushy sales tactics without first asking the right questions to see what they may recommend based on your tanning goals. every time we go in they try to get us to buy different lotions that are WAY over priced in comparison to what you can purchase online. They don't allow you to bring in most lotions that they don't sell which forces you to buy their products (some of which are 75% more in price than what y... read more
Customer service is lacking at this location. This morning I arrived to tan and a customer service representative by the name of Abby checked me in. Upon my arrival, there was no greeting or smile. Abby literally looks like she hates her job and hates her life. She proceeded to command my name and then asked me to show her my eyewear which the person next to me was not asked for. this was probably the worst glo i have been to. seriously wish i could give it 0 stars. the last time i had went, there versa machine was broke and while i was there the other machine broke as well. and they did not tell me until my dad came in to ask why it was taking so long. Horrible customer service. Cancelled several months ago and they continue to charge and make you go through hoops and bounds and drag their feet while continuing to charge and will not give any refund for lag time.

Many times I have gone into this location they have been very rude. Today as a member, I went in to tan and they wouldn't let me and they were acting like I was dumb and wouldn't explain it and were rude as soon as I walked in. Never said hello or anything was just barking at me and treating me like I was stupid.
