Well, it seems I need to write another review as Glo has its ups and downs. It's been a great deal of since my last review....... The store has not been open at least two times in the morning until 9 or 930. Very unprofessional! Also seems a lot of the beds are broken and never seem to get fixed although promised monthly....... I'd leave again never to return but for Audra's excellent service. She needs to be the store manager! Hopefully she could square this store away. i would NOT recommend their rapid spray tan. i went for my cheer competition and the tan was horrible. my back never developed and its super orange and un even. i don't know how their other services are but there rapid spray tans are not it.
New ownership is terrible. The staff is always clueless and the wait has been a nightmare every time.

I enjoy the atmosphere, however! Today I went in and they made me wait because all of the spa services where dirty... they where all empty and the gal at the front was sitting on her phone! "Not cleaning"! After my wait I go in and then she lets me know there are no towels the are dirty... I had a smal one so I was okay with proceeding! Every single time i go there's some kind of issue with their computers and we have to wait for them to reset it its a joke. dont get a membership
I bought the package where you get 3 spray tans for $45. I only used two and they said that I did not have a third one. This was really frustrating and I will not be coming back.
So I haven't used a tanning salon in a long time and use to the beds being just levels. Signed up in Houston for the free year membership and the locations down there were incredibly friendly and walked me through everything so well. Wish I could just always go there! Went to this location since I live in Fort Worth and was excited to tan again. I have been a member here since Jan 2019. I love all the spa options they have available here and most of the staff is really great. I am always super nice, polite and patient when I come here, but I seem to always encounter some sort of problem EVERY time I come here. Everything from other people being helped before me, spa session time being messed up, LONG waits (like 30 minutes+), occasional rude staff.
