I bought the package where you get 3 spray tans for $45. I only used two and they said that I did not have a third one. This was really frustrating and I will not be coming back.

So I haven't used a tanning salon in a long time and use to the beds being just levels. Signed up in Houston for the free year membership and the locations down there were incredibly friendly and walked me through everything so well. Wish I could just always go there! Went to this location since I live in Fort Worth and was excited to tan again. I have been a member here since Jan 2019. I love all the spa options they have available here and most of the staff is really great. I am always super nice, polite and patient when I come here, but I seem to always encounter some sort of problem EVERY time I come here. Everything from other people being helped before me, spa session time being messed up, LONG waits (like 30 minutes+), occasional rude staff. Did a groupon thing so I expect to get beds that are very weak. However the service is so slow.
