Went in today for a spray tan but was told my points had expired and that I'd have to buy a new membership in order to use them. So frustrating.
The staff is really nice and gives you a tour for your first time but it was literally the worst spray tan of my life. My hands are orange, my face and neck are not tan and I have little specs all over my legs and stomach. It is incredibly uneven.

Salon and staff is nice but the business is SHADY. Cancelled my membership in November and they started randomly billing me again in April and said it was due to a system error. Asked for a refund and they wanted to provide product instead - for fraudulently charging me.
Just sat waiting when we were told 5 and 10 minutes. Finally had to leave. Beds need to be cleaned and let those people in before waiting on others. And giving a bed(18) to someone who just walks in and another lady had been sitting waiting. She wasn't happy!! Stop selling products when u have people waiting!! Need workers who can flip those beds quickly
RUN! don't even bother. Worst customer service ever and they keep getting sold out and no one knows anything. I just left looking like i was beat from one of their old out of date spray machines. I came out and clearly wasn't told the proper way to do this specific machine. I came out like a nightmare, they offered to give me 40% off the kit to fix myself! then offered to give me wipes to wipe my entire body to be sprayed again! I've already been here an hour. an hour! so 30 more mins to wipe my body and give it another try... read more

I have been a customer there through 4 different owners/business names. I started at Megatan about 8 years ago, so I was grandfathered in when I transferred to Glow Sun Spa. The manager gave me the luxury service plan which included the Magic bed and all services. This was a promotion during the grand opening for existing members of Megatan. Well, it seems I need to write another review as Glo has its ups and downs. It's been a great deal of since my last review....... The store has not been open at least two times in the morning until 9 or 930. Very unprofessional! Also seems a lot of the beds are broken and never seem to get fixed although promised monthly....... i would NOT recommend their rapid spray tan. i went for my cheer competition and the tan was horrible. my back never developed and its super orange and un even. i don't know how their other services are but there rapid spray tans are not it.
