So happy with the new ownership! This place has really improved in many ways. The staff is always so friendly and i love that they remember my name and which bed i prefer. They also always ask if i would like any spa treatments and otherwise i probably wouldn't remember that i do!!! The only thing i would like to see is that we could grab more towels because i have tattoos i like to cover along with my face so one just doesn't cut it.

Love The Palms. As someone who has worked at a handful of various tanning establishments, this one included, you're not going to go anywhere else but The Palms and get the great beds, products and sprays. Side Note = Keep in mind, if you're not being a pleasant customer then maybe you're the reason why YOU are not getting a good experience. Just saying...

A few days ago, I went into their location in Highlands Ranch with a friends of mine. I had never gone tanning in a sun-bed before and told them how I was very new to this and what they think was the best option for me. The girls were very nice and helpful and set me up easily in 5 minutes with a 3 month plan that I can use in the summer and then can stop being charged after those 3 months since I am in Fort Collins during the school year and can't use it to get my moneys worth. I have been going to The Palms at various locations (work takes me to different areas and fortunately the locations are linked!) but the Greenwood Village location is my favorite. I can usually get in and out and stick to my 30 min lunch easily. While not going to say it's not pricey I will say that you are guaranteed to get color. Other places do not seem to replace bulbs as often so you get what you pay for in a $10 bed elsewhere. I figured I would add my own review as a lot of these past reviews were negative. You can tell they've been working hard to better their customer service and have hired some new people. I never used to come to this location but as my old tanning place closed this is the closest to me. I was pleased with the way they helped me out and made me feel welcome. Kudos for trying to better your business.

The Palms is as good as it gets for a tanning salon. I've been coming for years and the place is always spotless. The girls at the front desk are super friendly and helpful, remember your name and your preferences. Having watched them in action for many years, I'd be willing to bet the poorer reviews are from "entitled" customers who have a bit of an attitude. I've stood behind them in line on several occasions! Keep up the good work!

I went in for a spray tan but was nervous about how the machine worked and didn't want to be orange! A girl named Taylor walked me thru the process and assured me it would be great! I was very comfortable there and it was easy and looked nice! I have even been back! The place was clean and had a very nice relaxing atmosphere!

I've been a member here for about 4 years. Prices for memberships are very reasonable. The beds give me a good tan going about twice a week. Staff is friendly and they are open convenient hours. There are a variety of beds and sunless tanning options. I never have to wait long for a tanning bed...probably 10 minutes at the most. The lowest level beds are 15 minute beds and give you nice color. The 12 minute beds get you super tan quickly.
