Pam Gustafson was great. She's extremely helpful and took the time to find solutions to questions and queries. She was certainly appreciated throughout the process. Especially when concerns were raised related to additional charges requested by my HOA to fill out questionnaires/forms. Time was taken to research this and determine where they were involved from a liability perspective - since they were listed as a Master HOA. I am new to the 'refi-world' and I was happy with the experience.

I would not have closed on my home without Michael. He saved the day after a long and stressful process with Quicken Loans. I recommend Mike, hands down , he is the best at what he does. He is always reachable, knows the mortgage business in and out and is honest about the process.

I rarely meet a "professional" within a profession anymore. So, when someone really shines and exceeds my expectations, I have to share my experience so that others may have the same opportunity. I was very pleased with Pam Gustafson with GSF Mortgage. I was deciding between her because she was recommended to me by a friend and the lender that our realtor recommended. I had some challenges arise with my credit and Pam immediately thought of solutions that I could try to resolve my credit concerns which proved to be very valuable. I just had one bad mark on my credit and when I used her recommendations that charge off was removed and my credit score increased by 100 points. My APR now was able to decrease by .75! Pam was referred to us by a family member, and we couldn't have been happier with her service. She helped us navigate through the refinancing process, and made it very seemless and easy! She responded quickly to our emails and calls (and she even took a call at 7pm to answer a quick question about paperwork). Pam is very patient, helpful, organized, kind, and competent - definitely would work with her again, and would recommend her to others.

Pam Gustafson was awesome to deal with. It was nice to feel like we had someone on our side in terms of home refinancing. Pam was responsive, helpful, and was always providing great insight into what we needed to do next. We will recommend Pam, Mike, and the GSF crew to everyone. We saved thousands in closing costs with GSF. Check them out before going anywhere else, you will not regret it.

Brian was very helpfull and knowledgable about the loan servicing that he provided. Professional and respectfull. Maintained contact and answered questions in a timely manner seven days a week. Would definetely recommend for home loan process.

From start to finish Brian was very accommodating. He answered our questions immediately. We have purchased several properties over the years. Mr. Hofmann gave us the most stress free process and closing we have ever gone through.
