Ruth went above board to help us with our Mortgage. She was always available when we had questions. She returned phone calls in a timely manner, helped the process go smoothly and when and if there was a question on our paperwork, she helped us resolve it promptly. It was a pleasure to work with her and I would recommend her to everybody.

Myself and my wife are 1st time buyers after 25 yrs of marraige. Finally financially secure, time to buy a house. Ray helped us with all of our questions and assured us on every issue that we didn't understand or were confused on that all would work out. Ruth was extremely knowledgeable and quick. She explained things to me at a very scary time of purchasing our first home. She was able to deal with some of my crazy questions by answering truthfully and provided great guidance. I felt like I gained a friend throughout the entire process. Ruth jumped in and got my mortgage done in TWO WEEKS! My original bank had approved my mortgage, then two weeks before closing, they bailed out on me, stating that the condo association's master insurance policy was inadequate. I thought the deal had fallen through.My realtor steered me to Ruth, whom she had worked with in the past. Like I said, Ruth worked her magic and got the deal done! I just closed on my new condo today. It never would have happened without Ruth's help. She has my thanks!

I want to take this time to say my girlfriend are in the market to purchase a new home in Monmouth County we had know idea what to do as far as finding a mortgage for the home. We met Bill at a networking event immediately after the event Bill got to work drafting out a plan explaining what we could expect to go through and answered all our questions and addressed any fears. I've worked with Ray previously before our latest partnership. Ray is a straight shooter as he tells it as it is. When I called him initially about the possibility of doing a refinance, I focused on the mortgage rates and possible closing costs. IMO, the rates and costs were more than competitive. Even though it probably cost him a couple of thousand dollars, he even ate a quarter of a point for me as the rates were rising (before we locked) as I told him I needed the original verbal rate or the deal was off.As for the rest ... read more

We loved working with Pam! She stuck with us through some annoyances with my personal bank and the downpayment funds. She was great in getting us all the info we needed (including the preapproval letter) and explaining various steps of the process to us. (We are first-time homebuyers.) She was excited for us and so helpful! We'll recommend her to family and friends we know are searching.

I have worked with Jenni on multiple purchases, refinances, and referred her to friends. I used to dislike working with mortgage people until I first worked with Jenni. As she has in the past, she communicated frequently and as needed, responded quickly, courteously, and helpfully, and does not hesitate to help at 9:00pm or at 4:00pm on a Saturday.

I recently got a loan for a condo and went through GSF Mortgage and worked with Jennifer Geiger. Everything went smoothly and whenever I had any questions they were answered immediately!
