We worked with Pam Gustafson, Senior Loan Officer at GSF mortgage with the purchase of our home. Pam was always available day or night to help or answer any questions. Her assistant Amy was always on top of things.Pam went more than the extra mile. We started out with a short sale onthe house we were renting and Pam had everything ready in less than a month for our financing. The seller's banks however, were awful to deal with. Ruth went above board to help us with our Mortgage. She was always available when we had questions. She returned phone calls in a timely manner, helped the process go smoothly and when and if there was a question on our paperwork, she helped us resolve it promptly. Myself and my wife are 1st time buyers after 25 yrs of marraige. Finally financially secure, time to buy a house. Ruth was extremely knowledgeable and quick. She explained things to me at a very scary time of purchasing our first home. Ruth jumped in and got my mortgage done in TWO WEEKS! My original bank had approved my mortgage, then two weeks before closing, they bailed out on me, stating that the condo association's master insurance policy was inadequate. I thought the deal had fallen through.My realtor steered me to Ruth, whom she had worked with in the past. Like I said, Ruth worked her magic and got the deal done! I just closed on my new condo today. It never would have happened without Ruth's help. She has my thanks!

I want to take this time to say my girlfriend are in the market to purchase a new home in Monmouth County we had know idea what to do as far as finding a mortgage for the home.
