My life long dream was to become a homeowner and Mike Licciardi helped/guided/counseled me during my entire purchase process. The timeliness of his response and open line of communication throughtout my entire process is went far above my expectations -as a first time homebuyer that was very important to me. I've been in my new home for about 3 months and Boy O Boy, is it a beautiful thang! Thank you Mike for dedicating yourself to making others achieve their dream of becoming homeowners.

Working with Jennifer Geiger was a great experience. She is kind and friendly, while professional. She helped us decide which loan option would work best for us and always kept our best interest in mind. She worked hard to stick to all of our deadlines and was always available when we had a question. I would highly recommend Jennifer to anyone that is looking for a new home loan or needs to refinance their current mortgage.

My fiancé & I were talking about possibly buying a house when we saw a yard sign for Pam Gustafson at GSF. This was our first time buying a home, and Pam Gustafson was exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process. She insured that we knew what was happening at every step along the way. I was quite nervous at a few points, and Pam calmed me down every time. After we closed, she called a few days later to ask how things were going, and let us know that we could call her at any time in the future with questions. Pam went the extra mile to make sure that everything worked out and that we were comfortable.

Pam helped us all the way through going from pre approval all the way to being to us through closing. It was nice to have her with us every step of the way, explaining all of our pricing options, payment options, any questions about taxes and any questions we had, we always heard some type of response within 24 hours, but most were within an hour. Would recommend 100%!
