I've worked with Ray previously before our latest partnership. Ray is a straight shooter as he tells it as it is. When I called him initially about the possibility of doing a refinance, I focused on the mortgage rates and possible closing costs. IMO, the rates and costs were more than competitive. Even though it probably cost him a couple of thousand dollars, he even ate a quarter of a point for me as the rates were rising (before we locked) as I told him I needed the original verbal rate or the deal was off.As for the rest ... read more

We loved working with Pam! She stuck with us through some annoyances with my personal bank and the downpayment funds. She was great in getting us all the info we needed (including the preapproval letter) and explaining various steps of the process to us. (We are first-time homebuyers.) She was excited for us and so helpful! We'll recommend her to family and friends we know are searching.

I have worked with Jenni on multiple purchases, refinances, and referred her to friends. I used to dislike working with mortgage people until I first worked with Jenni. As she has in the past, she communicated frequently and as needed, responded quickly, courteously, and helpfully, and does not hesitate to help at 9:00pm or at 4:00pm on a Saturday.

I recently got a loan for a condo and went through GSF Mortgage and worked with Jennifer Geiger. Everything went smoothly and whenever I had any questions they were answered immediately! We recently refinanced our loan with Jennifer Geiger. We were all ready to bring in all of the documents we needed for our purchase loan but since Jenni helped us with that, she already had most of it on file. My husband and I worked with Pam Gustafson through two home purchases and a refinance; closing on our 2nd home just three weeks ago.
