Ray has been my lender twice in the last 3 years - and both times offered a loan that was at least 0.25% better than local mortgage brokers (apples-to-apples, all things considered). I was counseled to avoid internet lenders but Ray was consistently responsive via phone and email - and because he is experienced and objective, I went to him for advice not only on my loan, but also on several other topics well out of the scope of a mortgage loan. Pam was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process of our loan application. She always responded quickly by email or phone. She walked us through the information we needed to provide and even allowed us to move our closing date with little notice. We would definitely recommend her to others!

Very knowledgeable about USDA loans and requirements. We were in constant contact on a daily basis during the entire process and she returned all my calls promptly. I was a first time homebuyer and didnt know what to expect but she made the process go very smoothly.

Ray is hands on professional, honest and trustworthy. He worked with me on my difficult loan and made it sound easy. Yes, distance is an issue working with Ray but he overcomes that by responsive email and telephonic conversation. He assured me that my loan will close beyond doubt.
