The process from beginning to end was seamless. I was explained the process. Then I was walk through the process and then we completed the loan everything was upfront and very clear. It was a good experience. And he didn't completed everything he said he was going to do.
Robert did everything he could to help me get into my new home. Robert explained the process completely . I do not think he could have done any more than he did.
our lender was great he was very knowledgeable and explained the loan process and how it works when you are self employed ,what steps we needed to take to be approved for the loan .
Robert Fabian is a very knowledgeable and personable lender. He was always there for us day or night if we had any questions or concern. The purchase of our new home last year was one of the most important things we have done in our lifetime, and Robert took all the uncertainty out of it for us.
