I started my home buying process through howard hannahs in house lender and was not pleased. I was approved then denied and then he flat out said no one could get it done. My family was devistated. The process from beginning to end was seamless. I was explained the process. Then I was walk through the process and then we completed the loan everything was upfront and very clear. It was a good experience. And he didn't completed everything he said he was going to do.
