I have bought and sold three different Homes and refinanced a home with Kim since 2012. She is very knowledgeable in the VA Loan process. She has great communication skills and stays on top of the mortgage process. I would say if I needed to sell, buy or refinance a home she would be the first mortgage broker I would contact without a doubt!
Kim is just great! She stick with you throughout the process. Answers her phone call. Provide advices. Tells the truth no matter what. She makes the process look easy.
