I worked with Pam in the Fall of 2016 and what a great experience it was to buy a house through her. She was quick to answer any questions I had regarding the process and was completely transparent through every step. All-in-all, she made the process enjoyable, yes enjoyable. I was extremely pleased with the results and would recommend Pam to anyone looking to buy a house in a heartbeat. Pam is the best!
Sam was always responsive to our needs. He promptly returned phone calls. He answered any questions/issues we had in a timely manner. We would highly recommend Sam to anyone looking for a loan or to refinance a loan. Sam and his team were great to work with.
Sam was so nice and easy to work with. I was updated frequently as to the status of my loan and the things that were needed to process it. He was always available and was pleasant and understandable through this very confusing process.
Sam was on point with every detail. If I had any questions or concerns Sam was always readily available if I reached out to him. I would say 90% of the time when I reached out to him he was there to help if not I would hear back form him immediately. The loan process was easy and painless which can be a very stressful time. Buying a home is very important step in your life and having Sam to do my mortgage loan for me made it pleasant and an easy process for me.
Pam is a rockstar! She was able to take a tense and confusing process and simplify it while making us feel comfortable at the same time. We will always refer friends and family in her direction!
