Kim was our 2nd lender after our 1st one wasted almost 2 mos. of our time. Everything went perfect with her & we closed the day we wanted. She went above & beyond what we expected. Anytime we got a little anxious with the process she explained what was happening & put us at ease. She was referred to us by a friend who had the same experience. She also handled a refi for us & that went equally as easy. We will definitely use her again if we need to & highly recommend her!!!!
