I had forgotten that our city provides rides if you can't catch the Flex rides. One phone call to Go Go Parents, and a few answers later, I was ready to go! Very easy. It's what I need. I cannot drive any longer and my grandchild just turned 16 , so next year I won't have to be so dependent. It's a wonderful service that I highly recommend.

I was so impressed and grateful. I went to the store 11/28 and found when I called for a ride home that I didn't have enough money to cover the trip home. Your representative was so nice and helpful. He got me a ride and said no worries they would take out the fee on 11/30. If that doesn't deserve a 5 star review I don't know what does I would have been outside ****** begging for a ride home

We had a flawless experience for GrandMom who's 82 and sight impaired. The network is VERY robust and the driver arrived in a new ***** Accord in FOUR minutes. .28 cents a mile! While the company is in the growth stage, and we wish they had an app - it sure is fantastic for rural areas too! We are delighted with GoGoGrandParent. Website dashboard is wonderful.
