My GoGo drivers have been very helpful, very polite, and non-political. I do think, though, that on my Dec. 26th trip we could have taken what I know to be a shorter route to my home, instead of "going all around *********************** barn", to quote an old saying. ***************************

As promised, I was notified by a text message and a phone call of the arrival times. As promised, a description of the car, the license plate number's, and the name of both drivers, I felt very safe with both drivers. As I arrived home, the driver waited until I was in my door before driving away. I thought the service was excellent.

The pickup was quick, less then 5 minutes from completing the call. Was comforting ride and nice driver to talk with.

The first driver may have picked up a different fare at the *************** . I saw a similar car pass by . . And cancelled my ride!Happily, after getting in touch with gogo, I was assigned a new driver. ******!! He's a very good driver and extremely considerate and friendly.He is definitely one of my top 3 drivers.

I have used this service recently for transportation and food services. I could not be more impressed! The service is excellent and the best part is the follow-up calls to make sure I was satisfied.
