I have started using Go Go Grandparent because its so much easier to use. You dont have to have a smart phone even though I have one. When you call in you actually talk to a human being. Ive never had to wait more than eight minutes for someone to pick me up. My only comment would be to amend their tipping policy and time limits on tipping I was told you have to tip your driver within 20 to 30 minutes of the ride. The driver was awesome - the wait was less that 5 minutes. Several people did mention the rate was extremely high.
