My first Go Go experience was terrible. They took forever to take my order, and the automatic system with voice listening misunderstood my order several times. Then, my ride was to a hospital appointment was 30 minutes late. In general, very stressful and unhappy experience.

My first ride request experience was the worst experience of my life! I called the phone number, requested my ride and the driver never showed up. When I called and spoke with a representative, they rescheduled my pick up and that driver never showed. Finally an hour and a half after requesting my ride, a driver showed up. I was totally late but thankfully the business owner waited for me. I'll never use this c*** ride service again and I recommend you avoid this company.

Looking for a refund for membership. $250.00 . I t was charged to my account one day after the trial period. I contacted them that same day asking to cancel and for refund. I was not satisfied with the service. One hour to find a ride then one hour for the ride to show up. The b first ******** sent me over to a supervisor. He told me I was a day late to cancel. I had tried to caall a local **** Ride, and some how I may have been routed to this *** Who are they and what Excatly is this charge For? I wiil take to ******* to Dispute the charge. Stay away. They have deceptive billing practices and will keep 10% of your annual fee even if you cancel right away without using the service. Its a catch22 because you are forced to give your credit card up front in order to get more information. Theyre shameless.

I am elderly and this company charged me an extra $16 to come back home from an appointment, Since it was peak hours and they were busy. I find this horrible to do to senior citizens.

My credit card shows a charge of $41.08 for gogograndparent on 8/11/2025. When I phoned the number, I was told by "*****" on Sept 9, that the charge was for a round-trip to the local library. However, all ***************** libraries are closed on Sundays and Mondays (the 11th was a Monday). Additionally, the distance from my home to the library is 1 4/5 miles. Terrible service. Very expensive service for zero benefit. We tried gogo grandparent for several months and never was able to make it to appointments on time. They won't start looking for a driver until 10 min before you scheduled so scheduling in advance does nothing. If you need to go to a destination and home right away you have to wait and order another ride. They can't assist with round trip rides. The service is mediocre at best.
