I can’t verbalize how smooth my move was. I moved from a one bedroom from Los Angeles to Memphis Tennessee , as a newly divorced 38 year old female. I state this because I had such a feeling of support due to the coordinating efforts provided by Christopher ****. From call number one, Christopher was beyond helpful and went above and beyond . This company is horrible and should be shut down. They have stolen my items and won't tell me where they are located. They said the only way they will tell me where my items are is if I wire the money. Yet, they haven't even told me where to wire the money. They also demanded three times more than the estimate once their truck was fully loaded with my items. In addition, they are not authorized according to the DOA website. And, they do not have insurance. Please let me know if you can help get my items from this company.

Ms. **** is failing to mention that she intentionally and knowingly wrote our company a bad check in the amount of ********at the time of pick up to "pay" her payment. The check was returned for NSF and we are attempting to get the client to provide funds to replace the bad check. The client disclosed on a recorded line the fact that she KNEW when she quote the check that she did not have funds to cover the check. Law enforcement was also on the recorded line as a witness to her disclosure of intentional check fraud.
I personally have autism and am severely disabled. The company took advantage of my disability. They filled out paperwork on my behalf and without my permission and refused to offer me the insurance options I was asking for multiple times both in person and over the phone. They intentionally didn’t deliver the heaviest items from my move. They strung me along for months and were almost impossible to reach before telling me they couldn’t find my items. I used this company to relocate my stuff to from Cali to NC! I was told I had a person of contact for the whole ordeal name Bryan! I was very unhappy and disappointed with the lack of communication! This company lost over 1/4 of our items! It took a month before we received our belongings. When my wife called for a quote, the person on the phone lied, and said that they do everything in-house. Not so! I’ve called and left voicemail to have them check their warehouse to see if they can locate any of them. *crickets*.
