THIS COMPANY IS INCOMPETENT. THEY WILL NOT SEND COMPETENT DRIVERS, AND WILL DAMAGE YOUR THINGS DURING THE MOVE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT ALL YOUR BELONGINGS TO BE DAMAGED OR RUINED OR MISSING

BEWARE!!!! Booked this company for my Philly Move and they gave me a price of *****. I paid a deposit of *****. The movers arrived day of the move and tried to change the price from ***** to *****for my move. Even though all of my things had been accounted for down to the number of boxes. I of course didn't agree to this new price. I signed a contract for an agreed amount of *****. If I could leave negative stars I would. We had ONE mover show up to load up our items. The ONE mover then proceeded to tell me that it would cost me an ADDITIONAL ******to complete the service. The company has a clause in their contract that states that the customer is not entitled to as refund if the company shows up to the customer's home and services are not rendered. WORST COMPANY EVER! My goods were not packed properly, they were broken and a lot of things destroyed beyond recognition. I was assured these movers knew how to pack up a wood shop and a baby grand piano. All lies. The damage to my piano and shop tools is beyond belief. I spent ******* to move from San Diego to Montana and it took 2 months! This gave them enough time to rifle through my stuff to steal my late mom's jewelry and my late husband's wedding ring. I hired Golden Gate Relation, LLC to move my items from California to New Jersey. They do NOT use moving blankets, only packing paper. Upon arrival, all of my items were covered in dirt with the packing paper ripped and boxes broken. Most of my furniture came damaged and one box in particular was missing. AFTER PAYING-POOR SERVICE. SEE 2023 REVIEWS- Michael decides to provide the service he brags about on the phone only for the smaller jobs. This is the worst moving company. If I could give a -10 stars I would ! I paid for white glove service for an interstate move in July 2023- that didn’t happen! Not only did they break numerous items they lost (stole) so many of my things and won’t return calls or emails- all I was told was to file a claim. Filing a claim doesn’t get back the antique family heirloom furniture that went missing . Movers charged me an additional ***** from the price initially quoted to me by sales department. Movers laughed and argued with me about the additional charge and I had no choice but to pay because I was moving out of the state from Los Angeles to North Carolina the next day. This company has been the worst company my family and I have ever worked with. We moved from California to Massachusetts and our things arrived DESTROYED or are MISSING. All of our FRAGILE items (Marked clearly) are destroyed. Two of our TV's are either broken or missing. My bedroom furniture is broken or missing pieces to put the beds together.
