Darwin had been a great help to us in explaining the difference between trading in our old cars and buying new ones. He gave us a lot of options and does not make us feel obligated to purchase vehicle from him. He gave us ideas and work with our budget as well. In short, he is a person to look for and highly recommended when it comes to providing quality service in helping customer pick cars because you can feel you make the right choices when leaving the dealer. My family and I have bought 4 cars from Darwin over the last year and a half. he is great. Knows his stuff and listens to what we wanted and needed in a new car. Golf Mill ford is a great dealership to work with. We would not go any where else to buy a new or even a used car.

Chris is wonderful. I have been dealing with Chris for many years now in the service department at Golf Mill ford. He has always been very honest with work that has been done on my cars. Chris was the one that really sold me on the Dealership. I have now bought 4 cars from the dealership. WAY TO GO CHRIS!!!!!!!!! YOU ARE GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had been working with the internet department at Golf Mill Ford and after a few contacts they were able to get me the SUV I wanted at a GREAT Price. When I arrived, everything was ready for me, My husband and I were in and out within one hour since we had done a lot of the work via the phone. I am Very Happy with Art Therios our salesman and Golf Mill Ford. This has been the most pleasant car purchase yet.
After having inquired, driven, and met with a salesperson Ibrahim on Feb. 18th about a vehicle. I made an appointment for the following day to complete paperwork for the vehicle. Paperwork which he began the day of the visit hoping to have me sign off on a credit inquiry for which I made it clear I wanted to wait until we close the deal and additional services I did not want. Unprofessional and Dishonest – Avoid Golf Mill Ford! I had a terrible experience with Golf Mill Ford. They assured me multiple times that they would buy my Hyundai Sonata, knowing I was selling it on behalf of a friend overseas. I explained the situation clearly from day one. I wish I took other negative reviews of Golf Mill Ford seriously before they sold me a Toyota Highlander with a blown head gasket. They also all but forced us into buying an overpriced Nisan Rogue instead. The Rogue has given us nothing but problems since we bought it. We now have to buy another car 3 years later because the Rogue’s transmission went out. All this to say - stay away from Golf Mill Ford.
Worst dealership in 30 years of buying vehicles. Ozzie the salesman had no knowledge. Finance department never minus my deposit. Service was terrible. May never buy a Ford again because of this.
