Sold me a 2018 Ford F150 that needed a motor. That they know about and didn’t disclose it to me. I found that out 3 weeks later after the engine started run poorly and when I called the salesman about it. He told not helping I bought the truck AS IS. He knew exactly why i was calling.
Bad rewards for me older car only 20 another place offered 25,000. Only one
DISHONEST! Website pricing at MSRP not honored! Don’t buy here. Pricing over MSRP is ridiculous but at least most dealers don’t lie on their websites!

days ago NEW I called Golf Mill Ford about a certain truck to see if it was available. They said it was still available. I show up the same day and was told it wasn’t there, they wholesaled it (auctioned because it wasn’t mechanically sound). They showed me a used truck that i did end up purchasing. I have to edit my review and change to 1 star. Took my F-150 to trade for a vehicle for cheaper payments. Salesman Danilo sold me a 2022 Escape financing with Ford Motor Credit with Flex pay financing. Never heard of flex pay but he told me and my husband several times, we could pay for the first 36 payments and then we could turn in the vehicle and walk away without owning anything else. Not true. Trying to decide between 2 different cars, and just wanted to sit in one before I chose. However, the model, Maverick, is in high demand and most dealers don't have them on the lot. We did have the vehicle in stock, but it was sold by the time you arrived. You were dropping F-Bombs, cursing and being very rude to the staff and the showroom customers. You did not allow us to speak and explain the situation, we have another Maverick arriving soon. Unfortunately we can not hold a vehicle to show you, when a buying customer is already here.
They are the textbook definition of bait and switch. They will list vehicles for a discount below msrp and then tell you without any shame or hesitation that they’re going to raise the price on you when you show up in person

So far, from this dealer ive purchased 2 vehicles in the past 2 years. Which should alreadybe a huge red flag. I've had my current car 2 weeks and the muffler is falling off, there's a crack in the windshield I didn't see, the breaks recently started having an intermittent pressure issue, and there's been an aftermarket repair to the front passenger wheel well that causes the tire to grind against the wall of the wheel well whenever I turn.
