We purchased a used car and a Ford extended warranty for my daughters car 8 months ago. She is now having engine trouble. They are expecting me to authorize a special diagnosis process that will cost between $300-$1500, they can't tell me how much it will be- and IF the problem they find is a covered problem they will reimburse the diagnostic cost, if not, its my responsibility. Vehicle listed at $60k and got a call back and they said $80k. Told me that the all wheel drive option was hard to find so that's why it was more. I said well lets just go with real wheel drive then and they said it'll be the same price. They are shady.

Called about a used car asked the internet lady Jackie to send us pics of the car we were 50 miles away she sent us pictures that had nothing to do with the actual car that was damaged in the front and back and the store manager Ed said he couldn’t do anything about it. Awful service

I would be very careful before buying a car from Golf Mill Ford. I traded in my 2018 Ford Escape for a 2021 Ford Eco Sport. This was supposed to be a certified used car with 5000 miles. I drove the car that night and noticed it was pulling to the right. Also, noticed a particular radio station 94.7 was frozen saying it was playing a certain song. Very disappointing. After signing a buyer retailer's order, putting down a $1000 deposit and waiting 5 months for our new car, we were told that the price increased $4000. (Not including taxes or interest) Dealer said he had no control over price increase and refused to honor our agreement or call the Ford manufacturer to settle the price change. We called the manufacturer and were told pricing is up to the dealer. We told the dealer this and he still refused to sell it to us for the originally agreed upon price. He lied to ... read more

Deceptive practices. They advertise MSRP, you contact them to get a firm price, and they will not give you one. When asked if there is a markup they spring it on you that there is but wont tell you what it is. Not only is that immoral, it is also illegal, and they will be reported to the AG regarding their deceptive practices. I would like to know ahead of time what I will be paying for a vehicle before driving 2 hours with tolls. They want my business, they need to earn my trust first, they didn't.

Bait and switch. Read the reviews they are accurate. They said they had vehicle. Got here exactly 45 min later they it had sold previous day. But of course had something else to show me. WASTE OF TIME! Skip this dealer! No good

I placed a factory order for a vehicle at an AGREED UPON MSRP. Went to pick up the vehicle, and that's when the stereotypical xxxx bait and switch behavior ensued. MSRP had increased $1100. First red flag. Fine I'll suck it up. But because the 'Market Value' had increased, they tried to demand a $4995 Customer Care Protection Plan or something. Took 45 minutes, back and forth, for them to remove. Multiple times the salesman tried to explain that they had to get prices up to the Market Value. So much for an agreed upon price ... read more

Horrible, misleading dealer practices. Many people are hit with market adjustments!! Don’t go here.
