Salesperson's "assistant" got in touch with me, not the actual salesperson. I was asked if I was still interested in the truck and wanted the suspension to contact me I said yes, if the truck was still available. Someone else contacted me and said yes it was, and did I want to come in for a test drive as they would only take appointments and not walk-ins. Stay away from this dealership! My experience with them is beyond horrible and disgusting. I have been messaging their manager for a couple of weeks because I wanted to put an order for a new vehicle. This manager guaranteed that they would never charge over MSRP for vehicles that are ordered and built by myself straight from factory. Ive been hesitant because ive seen some of the reviews but still took the word of the manager as she told me she will be the one placing the order for me. My husband wanted to go look at a car , he asked me to My husband wanted to go look at a car , he asked me to call and confirm some information before going . I called then got sent to a voicemail, then when looking online I put in his information he gets a call back. Poor service, Slow is this place's thing, the dealers and the managers spend the least time with you and yet the process is always too slow, appointment? No problem, they'll still be slow. Even their michanics are slow in service. If you're careful at dealerships, here you need to be Extra careful because they have plenty of games to play, my dealer showed me cars in one Isle at the location and never told me that they have more options online until I've signed all the papers and there was no going back. This dealership is very underhanded, I had been emailing John Colon and Jackie Swiatek regarding a 2021 GT500 and John Colon sends me the vehicle information with the MSRP price and I replied and asked specifically if there were any dealer ADM’s on the car and Jackie Swiatek replies that the vehicle is being sold at MSRP and I tell her that I’m interested and that I live in New York and she asked for my phone number and says that an out of state manger will call me. If I could rate this place with 0 stars (no stars), I would. They advertise cars that are already bought. I talked with a sales associate on phone twice this morning about a vehicle “they had”. Then had a third phone conversation with a manager who both said the vehicle was available. I showed up in person an hour later to be handed off to a different sales associate who said the vehicle was not for sale because the customer that ordered the vehicle payed for it already.
