Saturday 8th, I went to see a Ford Explorer, the sales person and I went thru some cars, then he offered me a 2021 Explorer XLT, I saw the car and I liked it, since I was referred from one of their customer! and after we discussed all my numbers, the sales person told me that Golf Mill Ford will take out the extended service plan fees as a gift and my credit score is excellent! so my rates would be between 5 and 6, so I accepted the offer, when I went to sign papers, my rates was 7.42, I didn't want to discuss this because I... read more
I didn’t leave my phone number in my inquiry yet they found it and they wouldn’t stop calling me. The constant calls from multiple people and emails were ridiculous. They also lied saying the vehicle I was interested in was still available even though it wasn’t. I would never buy a vehicle from them.

Bought a Ford truck F350, had tires and rims installed as part of the deal. Service crew initially helpful, they mentioned if the censor on the dash pops up come back and we can clear and reset the censors. but when the tire light came on, discovered they didn't install sensors. Peter (quick lane advisor) said upper management wouldn't provide sensors due to our bad review, but they should have had sensors. Dempsey lied and told me his name was Derek. He was not helpful when I went to Golf Mill Ford to get my car repaired. My car was not fixed so I took my car back to discuss. He was very rude and cut me off mid sentence and told me there was nothing wrong with my car. I asked him who took my car for a test drive to make that determination and he refused to tell me who that was. He told me to leave. Warning. Stay as far away as you can. They are liars and thieves. Sold a lemon then agreed to take car back then refused. Beware of the lies. There are plenty of other dealerships that are honest. Wish I could give ZERO stars.
Lied to our face about the Jeep and sold us a red flagged titled car it was in the shop for months and cost us thousands in repairs and they refused to take back the vehicle said to bad you didn’t get the extended warranty no other dealership would take it in trade because of Reg flag total crooks never go there for purchase or repair.
As a small business owner, I've enjoyed many fantastic business relationships including (until very recently) Golf Mill Ford. My business requires the use of large transit vans, and I had previously purchased four vehicles from Golf Mill Ford. All three of those prior purchases went smoothly - that's why I'm stunned and disappointed by the deceptive and dishonest business practices employed recently by the dealership.
