Have taken my car in for services multiple times and they never have a rental car available which is covered under my Mopar warranty. They give you the run around and have terrible customer service. Will be looking for a new dealer that actually cares about their customers to service and purchase any future vehicles.
Im currently being told my vehicle's. 4wd has been fixed on 3 separate visits and it still isnt fixed. I was also told my diagnosis fee would be refunded after the first visit and still hasnt been refunded or acknowledged 2+ weeks after the original visit. When asking what needs to be done to get my vehicle fixed, i was told by the service lane manager Ed, that "people have been driving 2wd trucks for a long time". After years of working with this dealership, I will no longer be returning. They are quick to sell you a car and take your money but do not stand behind their products in any way. The staff has been unprofessional and condescending throughout my recent experience. I requested to be contacted by a manager three days ago and am still waiting—despite leaving voicemails, direct messages, and multiple follow-ups. I have not received a single response. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.
Unethical business practices. Sold me a vehicle with lifetime oil changes and after 3 years and 6 oil changes later, they decided to change their mind and “sunset” the program.
I picked up a 2025 Jeep Wrangler Willys yesterday with 18 miles on the odometer. I woke up this morning, 53 miles on the odometer and it's already leaking antifreeze in my driveway. To make matters worse, they cannot get the vehicle in until Tuesday April 8th. Fantastic!

Horrible experience!! First off terrible customer service from Kelly Omare. She was very unprofessional. Lied straight to our face. I don’t even understand how this lady has a job. Took our Jeep in to get fixed. They said they were going to repair the oil cooler, left the shop and our vehicle broke down, had to have it towed back to the shop, just for them to try and say it was the tire pressure sensor module. Do not recommend Golling. Purchased a used Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited and after the first rain we had a car full of water. Took in for repairs and after 6 weeks received it back with 1" of water in front passenger floorboards. No way this thing didn't leak before we bought it. We asked for loaner during this 6 weeks but they don't do that. Worse experience ever. Do not go there!! They will not make it right for you.
