I don’t like posting to social media that often or using it as a platform but I am extremely displeased with Golling Chrysler’s service department and Alfa Romeo’s service and performance for anyone that I know even remotely interested in purchasing one.
Business response:
We understand your frustration with this issue, and we have contacted FCA and FCA radio engineers to assist in the repair. As discussed in our last conversation, FCA has stated that unless the concern can be duplicated so that we can run some tests and diagnose, they have told us not to do anymore. I suggested you could bring it back in for us to try and duplicate, but you were not interested in this as the concern is intermittent and may not happen for us. I hope you understand that we have tried to resolve the problem, but... read more
Awful service department. I stopped in because my climate control knobs were malfunctioning on my Dodge Challenger. After being looked down upon for not scheduling an appointment, I was told they could try to fix them but wouldn’t promise anything. Two days later they told me my car was ready to be picked up. They charged me $140, fixed nothing and made sure I felt like I was bothering them the entire time I was there. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Enjoy my $140 I’ve learned my lesson and will ne... read more
Called almost a month ago to see if they had a Jeep with certain features, packages, and to schedule a test drive. Salesperson never called back with any information after speaking with him. Must have been too busy.
Business response:
Good morning Eric, I apologize that the sales consultant never contacted you back. Customer service is a high priority for us, and we will talk with our sales team on this issue. If you would like to contact me directly, my number is 248-409-2412. My name is Matt Chabot, and I'm a New Car Sales Manager.
Vehicle purchase was ok I suppose, but when I went in for service a few years ago, one of the guys tried to convince me to get a new trans. Had a second opinion and they found it worked perfectly.
they wanted to charge me over $500 to replace the tailgate latch mechanisms because my tailgate wouldn't stay closed. this was a recall issue about a year-and-a-half ago supposedly it was fixed then, but only got worse after the recall was repaired. so now they want to charge me to replace the whole latch mechanism. this is total BS
Business response:
Steve, sorry to hear about this issue. Please reach out to me so I can investigate and see what I can do to help out. Call 248-409-2430 Service Director, Jeff Frank, or email Jeffrey.frank@golling.com.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received in my life !
Business response:
Good morning Gina. My name is Melissa and I'm the Customer Relations Supervisor here at Golling. May I ask what happened? Please give me a call at 248-409-2410 or email me at melissa.hurst@golling.com so I can look into this. Regards.
Hate taking anything in here fourth time they broke something and second time they didn't admit to it be warned do not go here
Business response:
Good afternoon Mike. You brought your vehicle in for three recalls, the recalls that we performed had nothing to do with the issue, you said we caused. We immediately took the vehicle back into the shop for the technician to investigate; we presented you with a video on your 2005 Ram (which was never here before this visit) that the issue you were having had to do with your internal steering adjuster mechanism having wear. The recall that we performed did not have us take any parts off around that mechanism, and we did not h... read more
I usually have a great experience here. Today, however, I waited TWO hours for the service department to change the oil in my Jeep. I realize that they were unusually busy, but 2 hours is 1.5 hours too long. Jiffy Lube next time!
I write this as a warning and a be very VERY cautious when having your car transferred here for an insurance claim; inspect everything along every step of the way. Sadly, I could only post 10 photos, I wish I could post them all. My truck was stolen May 1st and I just received it back today after Golling having it for two months. I called myself doing what was best for my truck and sending it to a Dodge dealership for repairs after it was recovered. BIG MISTAKE sending it here. I wouldn’t have NEVER expected that. There were... read more
