This is the worst experience in leasing a truck. They gave us a price and we agreed on and then the next day they changed the deal completely and raised the payment by $45! We left there and went to another dealership who gave us what we wanted but Golling locked our lease loyalty until we had to reach out and tell them to release it!! Who does this!! Lousy customer service and I would never recommend Golling to anyone!!

Pre Covid, Golling was outstanding and in my opinion I would have said they cared about their reputation and customer satisfaction. During oil changes they’d look over the vehicle for things that might require future attn, they now appear to turn a blind eye to low fluids and tire pressure in multiple visits of this nature. They even tried to tell us our free oil changes are no longer free. Looking at all of the bad reviews, I say they no longer care. They had my Jeep for four days for engine work, we asked multiple times if... read more

This is the worst dealer in the world. Paid 12k for a repair that was half @ssed and bolts left out as it’s common practice in their work ethic. They never return calls and now I’m personally fixing their mess ups. Buyer be ware. Stay away. This place is junk…

Our experience from (08/18/2023) with Austin Tobin (Sales professional). Following is our experience we wrote to this dealership management. Do not go to this dealership and if you do, try to stay away from Mr. Austin Tobin. ———————————— When we came in for the truck we were looking to buy, the truck wasnt available. Then we said, lets look at a similar truck in different color, that wasnt accessible either. We then found some other truck that we test drove. When it came to discussing options buying vs leasing and new vs o... read more

If I could give a half of star I would, I took my car initially to get fix because of excessive smoke and it kept shutting off they "fixed" it for $800 and then the check engine comes on a few days later, at first they said they could fix it and then a few days later said the engine was dead and then said I now owe $300 so now I'm out $1100 and a broken car and they couldn't tell me my engine was dead the first visit? This place is a joke and Mike kept being dismissive and not answering our questions i will NEVER come back i... read more

I will not come here for nothing the oil change takes 4 hours on my truck and I took it the last time to get it done and they told me that I couldn't get it done because it was 30 minutes before they closed and too me that it not a free oil change if they don't do it when you are there and the first time I got the truck it had a problem with it and the dealership told me that they wouldn't be fixing the problem with the truck and the warranty wouldn't covered it too and it was 1500 to get it fixed and the gmc dealership told... read more

Went in to have my 2008 charger looked at because the airbag light was turning on and off, my turn signals aren't working properly, and my radio was out. They tried to charge me $540 to diagnose the problem. Needless to say, I took my car back home and will go to my buddies mechanic shop to have it looked at for less than half that cost. Bunch of crooks.

I inquired about a van and wanted to trade my truck. Salesman asked how much I owed on truck in order to lowball me to get down payment. I know the worth of my truck only because I talked to another salesman at the dealership and he told me how hard it was to get my truck with those options. Salesman was hesitant to give me the appraisal on my truck until he knew what my buyout was. Seemed sketchy. This is the second time I’ve come to this dealership hoping for different results but everytime I have someone not really inter... read more
