Calling is the worst dealership ever dealt with the way they management candles situations is unbelievable for the money that people pay for vehicles to be treated this way for not getting any answers and for them to drag their feet when they’re trying to resolve an issue I purchased at the Rango and they had the wrong mileage on the title for them to hold up this situation for so long and then not even mention it to me when they knew about it once in advance calling will never ever get my business again

I went to get a oil change. My Jeep was returned to me missing the passenger mirror they would not replace it ,even though they knocked it off and they have video of me driving in with the mirror . I am very disappointed with Golling . I have been a customer since 2005.

I cannot express how terrible the customer service is at this location. I had signed a new lease for a Cherokee this past Thursday. I had it for less the two days and had safety issues with it. When my foot was on the brake the RPMs would increase and my car would jerk forward. I almost cause an accident while on my brake in line at Starbucks. I called right away and told them the issue. I asked for this to be turned in and get a new one. The refused to do so. Claiming once it’s off the lot it’s not their problem. Telling me... read more

Terrible Terrible Terrible customer service & sales! I Wanted to purchase a grand Cherokee & went out there on their late night, was told we couldn’t do anything that night as the credit unions/banks were closed. Sales guy told us the only way he could hold the car for us & not show it to anyone else was if we left a $500 deposit. We left the $500 deposit, sales guy calls my husband the next day & says his manager approved the sale of that car for another salesman. LOL what a joke! My husband and I went yesterday looking at cars and no one came out and asked if we needed help 🥴 we walked around for about a half hour kept looking through the window and nothing LOL

Got to dealership...no Appt on file. Got in anyway, whew. Rental car wait, took forever. I was there an hour. No social distancing. No masks on most of the employees..below chin...below nose..or just none. So much for customer safety!? Write up guy, was a bit gruff.but I guess we all have bad days? Not my favorite dealership....

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I would never recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership or having service done here. Trust me, it’s not worth the “free” oil changes. I bought my vehicle from them in June of this year, and I am about to take it in for service for the 5th time in 6 months!!! Absolutely horrible. Customer service is completely abysmal. Never have I purchased a vehicle and was asked to pay over $1,000 in repairs that should be under warranty (within the first 6 months of ownership). They do not care about all of... read more

My wife bought a 2010 Jeep Wrangler from Village motors in Chelase, Golling bought that dealership, its service department has gone down hill ever since. She got her jeep before we were married, she took the jeep to Golling Chelsea for service under her lifetime extended warranty she bought when she bought the jeep. Today she was told the warranty was canceled because the original owner did not own the vehicle anymore! All she did was get married and changed her last name. Shame on Golling and Chrysler Corp.
