Hi-I have been a customer of Golling for several years. I purchased a used vehicle thru them (a Dodge Durango) and even though I have had several issues with the service department, I continued to use them as part of my purchase included the lifetime oil changes. They cannot pay me enough to take my vehicle back there again. If you value your life, avoid Golling service at all costs! Took my wife's Wrangler for a brake job. After one day and $1000 dollars later, the upper mount bolt on the drivers rear caliper falls out! Took it back to the dealer to replace the damage and they only install a new bolt. They're unwilling to replace the damaged wheel caused by their own incompetence. I have since taken my business elsewhere as a result of multiple poor experiences with this dealership, specifically the service department. The vehicle had been serviced at Golling since it’s purchase FROM Golling in 2012. In AUGUST, I was told by a parts employee that my needed part was available (had been in order for a while) so I made an appointment. The day of my appointment, I took one of their rentals ($50/day). Literally the worst customer service in the world, save your time, money and headaches for something else. They charge you for a report of what is wrong with the car and can’t seem to email it to you days later. They are horribly over priced and never return calls. Good luck if your service your car there. I would not recommend if they were the only mechanics in Michigan. Go to a different state you will be glad you did. Jayne

These clowns wanted me to pay them $1000 to fill my air conditioner to see where it's leaking after I paid them $5000 for a lifetime bumper to bumper warranty. Then the guy says 95% of the time it's covered under warranty. So what can a person do to their a/c that's makes it no longer covered under a bumper to bumper warranty? Long story short, these clowns will do or say anything to sell you a car or warranty but don't expect any courtesy from their service department...

Received a call from a representative telling me that the only way Golling would do business with me while living in Ohio was if I paid cash. I have never heard of such a thing in all my years of buying brand new. I am curious if Jeep knows dealerships are refusing to do business with the very state that produces one of the most popular models in the lineup. More importantly I had the cash for a 2022 Grand Cherokee and will make sure I spend it with a dealership that isn't biased.

We are not Biased.But with all the fraud deals and Identity theft that occurs when someone assumes your identity to perform a fraud deal we feel it is best to keep purchases within the State. We can control the title work with the State of Michigan.

My wife and I have been a loyal Golling customer for the past 10 years. Micheal Martin is great at what he does and we refer customers to him. Today my wife took her Ram 1500 in for a check engine light and things got from bad to worse. However today things changed, where I will take my business somewhere else, as I was about to order a Jeep Gladiator from Mike. My wife and I went to look for one and he told me to order one, but I will not. Thank you Mike for everything.

Brought our 3 month old scat in last week for a quick tire change that had a screw in it. The techs damaged a 1000.00 rim on a 3 month old car and told me they are not replacing it, they will fix it. Why should I have a damaged rim that I brought in brand new. The customer service is horrible, they are liars and do not do their job properly. Jeff Frank is a rude, unhelpful person and should not work anywhere in customer service. I will never- ever use this dealership. Horrible, experience!!!!!!!!!! Not to mention the... read more

Had a 10 o’clock appointment with Kyle. I showed up at 10, and no sign of Kyle. Got 3 different reasons as to where he is. 15 minutes later I asked if another sales person could help me, and was told no. No respect for someone’s limited time, and no interest to try and meet a customers needs. I would certainly take my business to one of the other 25 Chrysler dealers in the area!
