The food was absolutely terrible. I wouldn’t even give it to my dogs. Everything was extremely overcooked, yet soggy. The green beans mushed like baby food, tough overcooked breaded soggy chicken, one slice of beef thinner than deli meat and pasta that seemed to be a week old and reheated as leftovers. Horrible experience. music sucks!!
there is no wheelchair parking in the lot, there may have been handicapped but did not see any. On the hill had handicapped but not very safe to get out of car in street and on a hill. Needs to be parking close to boarding area to keep a person with a physical (wheelchair) disability safe! Bought ticket couldn't use was looking forward to the band for 3 months. Very Upsetting!!!!!!
The food! The prices... $18 for a mixed drink? The sound system.
Not the best customer service, sent a complaint message in July and never received a follow up or reply. Purchased tickets for Forecast trip and wasn’t able to hear or see the band, had to list to the DJ instead. Very disappointed and frustrated no ability to hear music from the band on third deck.

why was I charged 30.00 (15.00 a drink)for 2 Tito's and soda by one bartender twice? Then later I went with the other bartender and went with 2 well vodkas and sodas and was charged 12.00(6.00 a drink). Don't tell me there is a 9.00 difference in price between Tito's and well. Also, they ran out of limes. Also served old burnt popcorn.
Very dissapointed on Friday night Jazz Cruise featuring Forecast. We arrived I guess about 8:30 & boarded the ship it was filling up quickly and half of the tables on the 1st level wete Reserved but not alot of people showing up for them so we wrnt to the top level thinking we would be able to hear the Band play and to Our Surprise no Band music playing. Food was subpart. Bathrooms were FILTHY! Band played 1 set and didn't come back. Table up top were dirty. Will never go again.
I enjoyed myself. The weather was nice though it had rained earlier that day. I took the lunch cruise by myself but did not feel lonely. The staff was attentive and nice. I enjoyed the narrative of the lake and sites on the lake. I hope to do the happy hour cruise next. Rochelle
