Great time other than dealing with the cashier in the booth with the white shirt on. Such horrible customer service. She was beyond rude and had a scowl on her face like she did not want to be there. This almost deterred us from boarding altogether but we're glad we didn't allow the ignorance of one staff member ruin our evening. Glad we didn't because the rest of the staff on board were great. Had a party of 6 for the Mother's Day dinner cruise. The carnations and Cavs shirts for the mothers was a nice touch. Our table was the last to go to the buffet on the main deck. The food was cold. It was pretty disappointing. The entertainment was great. It was a beautiful day for the cruise.

I was very disgusted today when an email arrived notifying us that a 90's themed cruise we had booked was cancelled. Turned out to be a scam perpetuated a third party that portraying themselves as a promotional group. As you will read in the comments below the people at the Good Time 3 not only made every attempt to inform me of what had transpired in response to my initial and hasty review (which was not very pleasant), but it turns out they also are the ones who alerted everyone to the fraud and set in motion the refunds t... read more

First hour was great. Narrative tour was very informative. Then we stopped at the Flatts for over a half hour delay due to a train issue they said. Tour was.not extended due to delay. Would not.recommend..

GoodTime 3 is a rip off. The lady in front of us got into wth the clerk because she didn't have her ID so the clerk closed the window although it was people behind the girl.. So all us was just out of $50 They are just so unprofessional. I would not recommend. Will be suggesting the Nautica Queen for future events

It was my first time on the boat. While the ride was nice. The ppl were ridiculous. A fight was about to break out. Ppl were not considerate of others. Unsure if I'll come back.
