Everything was nice but I wish it would have went out onto the lake. Guess it is my fault for not checking it. I can cruise a river at home or walk it from shore. Drinks didn't cost a fortune.

Hi Chris, we try to include the lake in our route whenever possible, but sometimes weather/sea conditions and other variables limit the route to the inner harbor. Each trip's route varies at the discretion and judgement of the captain. We are glad you otherwise enjoyed yourself and thank you for your kind review!
The cruise and food were great but we left because the second half of the jazz/dinner cruise was the same as the first. We saw the blurb on New Day Cleveland and thought we would also cruise the Flatts. This did not happen.😩Also, smoking should not be allowed on the boat. Too many smokers made the air smell terrible!

Hi Cindy, typically we cruise the harbor during dinner and the river during the City Lights portion, although the route is ultimately at the captain's discretion due to a number of variables. Boarding the boat is awful they tell to be a hour early so we were there early in the email they say we will be boarding at 10 am and departing at 11am well the ticket office doesn't open until 1030am and we didn't board until 11am and finally at noon we took off on the cruise.The food was ok the cruise should be 1hour 30mins not 2 hrs the last 30-40 mins is pretty boring as we were leaving I was talking to a lot of people that was more than ready to get off the boat,if they said what they were gonna do in the email with boa... read more

Bad food and I wish after nine they would have switched out the band since a different crowd was there. We didn't want to seated next to another couple, especially that we didn't arrive with.
The guided sightseeing tour is very nice and a great way to get a lot of Cleveland history in 2 hours. The staff on the boat are very nice and accommodating. God help you if something happens and you can't make it on time. The ladies in the ticket booth are snarky, rude, and totally unaccommodating. The company policy is NO REFUNDS and NO TRANSFERS. We went this past sat It was loud in the boat sat next to people played in pepper and pounding on the table no margaritas food wasn't the greatest we booked the all night tickets but we left when it stopped I would like to have my money back well never go on this boat again
