This was my first time on the boat. It was for my friend birthday celebration. The DJ was terrible and he wouldn’t take requests. My friend actually cried because of the DJ
It was a phenomenal experience. I really enjoyed it. Only problem was that I waited almost 2 hours in line at the bar to get a drink. It's hard to believe, but is the honest truth. 🙄
The staff and the cruise were great, unfortunately it was salsa night event and the bar service was very slow which eluded us on missing more than half of the band entertainment and dancing!

We were told to be there an hour before departure time then ended up standing for 30 minutes before anyone came to the will call window. Ended up standing in another line (in the sun) until boarding time. The food at the luncheon was good except for the desserts. Water and tea were warm, no ice. Ladies room was clean. Staff were not very friendly. The narrative tour was informative and the return trip was enjoyable.
Paid $25 to ride up and down by the breakwall never did the trip that we paid for. Never made it to the river just Cruise back and forth by the airport run away.

Sometimes there is so much traffic in the River we cannot get in. So we do our best to give a great Narration about Cleveland and the importance of Lake Erie and the Cuyahoga River itself. Not sure which trip you were on but if it was a Dance Cruise on the 8th of September, there is no guarantee of getting in the River and that night in particular we had high waves and a very congested River with Freighter Traffic
Took the cruise on September 4 at 3pm for my mother's 80 birthday. 17 adults and 1 child . Was disappointed that this cruise did not include the river part of the tour due to the air show which we did not find out about until we received our tickets (my sister picked them I from will call. Good view of the thunder birds

Sorry, but whomever ordered your tickets was made aware that the 3PM tour was NOT going in the River and that it would be a Air Show Cruise before ordering. - again, so sorry. If you want to see the River next Labor Day Weekend, come in the 12Noon Tour.
Was an ok time. The trip was short. Only went down river about 15-20 mins. And biggest problem was I had two cancellations and could not get a refund. That part makes me not want to go back.
We were two minutes early and the woman who we approach at the main gate to get on the ship was very nasty and told us to turn away... we were not late... how do you explain that!!!!!! we still have a gift certificate but do we really want to experience this with that ladies bad attitude!? I work in customer service and it's crucial to make the customer happy and make them want to come back.....
