Adam Graddy is the ABSOLUTE best! We were looking for an honest, straight forward, easy to work with realtor to sell our Mother’s home. Adam was exactly what we were looking for. He was awesome. I worked with Adam Graddy team & Colton Moos who listed my home. I was blown away by his professionalism, appearance, skills, knowledge & punctuality throughout the entire process of my home sale. Fantastic team to work with! Everyone at Graddy Real Estate is friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and responsive. For a first-time home buyer, the process can be so confusing but Kari, Katie, and Courtney explained everything and arranged the various steps with me, as well as recommended outside vendors when requested. Kari Wyrsch and her team were amazing when I listed my home in Forsyth. The pictures were incredible and showcased my home beautifully. We had more interest in the first week of being listed than we did for the entire month we were listed with a different agent. Their communication was great and I would not hesitate to use them again for all of my real estate needs.
