Our hotel, along with several others in the Disneyland Resort area, has a company that provides routine preventative pest control; however, every now and then one manages to somehow evade the system. The location is unbeatable for visiting Disney - the room its self is just okay. The shower head was filled with scale and the water was shooting out in a ton of directions. There were people in rooms on both sides of us and we could hear them very well. It was startling everytime the people next door would come and go the door would slam so loud it sounded like a bomb was going off. It was pretty disruptive. Wanna be close to Disney, stay here. Thin walls, creaky bed, housekeeping was nonexistent existent even though we called every day. You stay here to be close to Disney and that’s what you get.

Very Poor Room on 4th floor was very disgusting chair was torn ask for room on lower level was not accommodated right away manager at night very rude big guy. Maids are very loud in the morning rolling their carts at 6:00 a.m. extremely rude Morning stuff was nice ish

Close to Disney Rooms are very outdated and smell. On the 2nd floor with no lifts and no help either bags. Very close to Disney with easy walk.

It was a place to stay, close to Disney You must REQUEST housekeeping, which we did. Although, it was the most minimal cleaning I have ever experienced at a hotel. First day nothing, second and third days picked up garbage and new towels……that was it…..no bed, no vacuuming…..coffee empty sugar packs and stir stick left by coffee maker. Close to Disneyland
