Got the job done for Disney. If staying here, request a room away from the front entrance. We got put in room 102, which is very close to the main entrance. We got woken up very very early by lots of loud banging. When I looked out the window there was some of the electric riding carts being loaded and unloaded from a van for hours. That really killed the morning. It was around 5am. We loved how close it was to Disneyland and we could walk. Thats all we really used the room for

Convenient for short walk from Disneyland park House keeping doesn’t clean the room unless you ask them too. Rooms with queens beds are super outdated. Pay for parking, no complementary breakfast. Bed was comfortable especially after a long day at Disneyland.

over all it was a solid 75 I didn't like the fact the elevators were out of order. I also did not like the fact a car got broken into and no security keeping watch. it was super across the street for Disneyland. We were able to walk to the park and go back with no stress.

Place, location were great, staff was helpful and friendly. Room felt tight, toilet clogged. Bathroom toilet kept clogging. Room felt small and jacuzzi was not working. Parking spots were tight. Location, friendly staff. fridge and microwave were great. Room and hotel were clean! There's a laundry room. Pool and pool toys were fun for the kids. Morning coffee and refreshments in the lobby were a nice touch!

Horrific I had called in advance to let the property know I’d be arriving late, and I needed an accessible room. When I arrived the desk clerk Kevin informed me the elevator was broken and I could travel far across the hotel to another elevator and then back to my room, or take a first floor room with two double beds. I told him as long as my wheelchair would fit I didn’t care what size the beds were. Kevin gave me the first floor room, 180. The room was totally inaccessible. Save your $ take the resort shuttle buses to the parks Our room was a really long way from the street. It was a very long walk to Disneyland. Also the house keeping staff rolled their cart past our room over and over fairly early in the morning. It was incredibly loud Housekeeping was attentive
