Fair We hated the fact we had to walk up and down three flights of stairs every time we wanted to leave the room because all the elevators weren't working. I wish we were notified before so we could have made other arrangements. It really put a damper on our trip. My daughter was extremely tired and exhausted after doing the Disneyland parade, and having to climb all the stairs kinda took the fun away from Disney.

Pleasant The room was clean but a bit dated. Great location. Disney is literally across the road from the hotel. Amazing hospitality.

Pleasant Slow water pressure, old renovations, pictured online showed balloons on bed to excite kids but didn't have that. Price was more than it should have been Location, pillows, deep tub.

Perfect location for a Disney day My husband felt the bed was too hard, although I like a firm bed so I disagreed. Our room was near the stairwell, so it was extremely loud in the morning with people yelling as they headed to the park. Location is absolutely ideal, just a short walk from the Disneyland entrance. We were able to park our car at the hotel for both days we visited the park -- the same price as Disney parking, but much more convenient. Our stay was good and would stay here again Elevator was out of order. Maid carts were very loud when they would pass by our door. Location was good. Staff was really nice and helpful.
