Would like to come back if the prices are a little more lower. Overall our stay was quite pleasant but the unfortunate thing was that only one elevator was operational so we had to walk a ways from the car to the working elevator to the room with a toddler and a baby. We were hoping the rooms were a little bit more kept well. There was rust, and some unprofessional carpentry done to the place. I feel like you pay for the location and not really the rooms. It was just ok. Bed was hard. Room was very small. Thankfully we did not spend much time in the room. We appreciated how The staff were very short and unhelpful. We arrived into town around 11am, I asked about early check in which they said they did not have a room available yet. They told us they would call us as soon as they did, we never received a call. Though I did appreciate the staff who did try to make up for Stephanie’s rude behavior , it really soured us for ever st Stephanie at check rudest front service staff I’ve ever encountered . She really needs to find another profession Location
Very bad Dangerous Insect in the room plus we see 3 differents insects like centipede ,ants…. in the room Plenty noise you can’t sleep in the morning cleaner making noise with there trolley they didn’t speak English. Location is near Disney

This was the last time staying at this hotel. There’s not enough electrical outlets in the rooms - there were 2 that were accessible. Carpets were dirty. There was a used band aid in plain site in the bathroom when we checked in. We were turned away EVERY NIGHT (before 9pm) from the restaurant and the staff couldn’t care less. It just seemed like an overall ‘no one cares’ this trip, and this was the 4th time staying at this property Location is extremely convenient to the park entrance.
Not the best hotel. The beds were uncomfortable, the fridge didn’t work. We had things that needed to be cold and spoiled. The elevators were not working. Only one elevator worked and it was on the other side of our room. We had to walk on the other side of the hotel just to use the elevator each time. Keep in mind they had 3 other elevators that didn’t work. It was very undesirable. The walls are not sound proof. You can hear the cleaning crew up and down ALL day. Disappointing We love the location close to Disneyland but the beds were horrid couldn't sleep well. It was clean and the staff was friendly but you need a good night's sleep and that just didn't get it
Only location, rest is not fair for the price Crowdy, room in front of elevator, views to the elevator and light all night on. Lot of noise due to the elevator and fridge that was too old and make lot of noise disturbing our sleep No room service available. No room cleaning although they came to change 1 towel Price is too high for the services available and provided Location to go to the parks
