Disappointing
Good 窓はあるが、廊下に面しているので、カーテンは開けにくい。誰かが通れば全て音が響く パークからも近く、売店や飲食店などもあるので困ることはなかった
Good stay good prove Staff took 3 phone calls to get a pull away bed. Great location
Good Serviço de quarto só retirava o lixo e trocava as toalhas quando necessário. Camas não foram arrumadas nenhuma vez. A proximidade com o parque da Disneyland, permitindo deslocamento a pé.
Not worth the price paid. It was very loud outside the room. The beds were supposed to be queen size and seemed more like full size. Room was very small. That it was so close to Disneyland
Pleasant My fridge did not work and the food I had packed in a cooler then had to get tossed out because I had no where to put it. Also I don’t really enjoy paying for parking overnight, since I am already paying for the room. Loved how close it was to Disney parks
We had a very nice time. Thank you. Only shortcoming was that the rooftop bar was closed to us both nights of our stay. That was one reason we chose your property, to enjoy the fireworks and a nice place to relax with a cocktail. Hopefully it will be available next time. Everything was great and we’ll likely return.
Good location but make sure you don't get a corner room We had a corner room at the back which was dark and smelt slightly damp. The location of the hotel was great - easy walking to Disneyland.
Will choose a different hotel next time All of the elevators in our wing were broken. It greatly increased the amount of walking with three small children. The water in the room wouldn’t drain, the keycards did not work multiple times, the rooms were older, dark and not kept up to date. We have stayed at many Disneyland hotels and this was my least favorite. The rooftop restaurant was wonderful. Excellent service.
