Great stay in updated room and the location can’t be beat! We will be back. Our room was a luxury queen room and it was nicely updated. Security was roaming the property non-stop. Felt very safe. We don’t use the pool but people were enjoying it. It appeared to be one of the nicest hotel in tat proximity to the park. Such a short walk. Lots of food options within steps. Good Stayed for 2 nights while visiting Disney the roof top pool bar wasn't opened to guests on both nights it was open to a private event.The door to the room wasn't very secure. Room was clean location was great if you are visiting Disney.

Good Parking is horrible and seems not enough, elevator broke down. Location was great.

Room was dark, but comfortable. Needs renovation. Room smelled stale and sort of like urine. There were stains on the walls that had not been clean. Not up to standard for a Good Neighbor hotel in my opinion. Very close to Disneyland

Overall had a very pleasant stay, nice staff , the hot tub and pool were nice to relax in after coming and before gong t The roof top restaurant “The Fifth” was closed for private party all three nights we were there. Would be nice if the lobby served coffee at six in the morning instead of seven. Coffee pit in room did not work. No hot water in several room first morning, called the front desk , they called maintenance and it was fixed by the time we returned from Disneyland. Staff were pleasant and nice.
