I don’t agree with the excellent rating of this property. The cleanliness could be improved. The room was gross. The carpets felt wet and musty, walking around barefoot or with socks turned the bottom of our feet black. The closet smelled like mold, the fridge was so loud we had to turn it off. Being on the bottom floor every time someone rolled their suitcase on the second floor walk way it sounded like a jet plane was going off. The location is perfect for going to Disneyland.

It was fine. It’s noisy and the rooms are small. It’s close to the Disneyland main entrance.

Serviceable, but not what I booked I booked a king room and checked in without any issue, only to find out upon reaching my room that I had been placed in a queen room. When I called about the error I was put on hold and then it was communicated this was an 'upgrade' due to maintenance issues. (I was traveling alone, not a family party, so this was not an upgrade from my perspective. Good 방 내부는 좀 낡아보이기는 합니다. 2층 방에 계단으로 이동해야해서 잠깐이긴 하지만 캐리어 이동 시 불편합니다. 가장 큰 불만족은 체크인 시 프론트 직원들의 태도입니다. 체크인 시 3명의 직원이 프론트 데스크에 있었는데 아무도 인사하지 않았고 제가 누군가의 앞에 가기 전까지 최대한 저를 외면하며 어떻게든 응대를 안 하려는 모습을 보았습니다. 누구에게 가서 말을 걸어야하나 고민이 될 정도로. 적어도 손님이 입장 시 외면받고 무시받는 느낌은 안 받아야한다고 생각합니다. 설명도 너무 빠르게 전달하고 친절하지 않았고 제가 말을 잘못 알아들었겠지만 우리 방과 연결되지 않는 로비 엘리베이터를 탔는데 헤매다 다시 로비로 내려오기까지 아무 조치가 없었습니다. 체크아웃 시에는 다른 직원분들이었는데 그 분들은 괜찮았습니다. 디즈니랜드에 걸어서 다녀올 수 있고 주변에 식당이나 상점도 많고 늦은 시간에도 걸어다니기에 좋았습니다. 냉장고와 전자렌지가 있어 편리했습니다.
