Disappointing
overall pretty disappointing the room was small for the price paid It's near a lot of stores and food places

Locatie top, hotel basic Douche was wat minder, zwakke straal water en her en der haren op de grond. Avond / ochtend lawaaierig met verkeer en bezoekers, maar wat wil je bij Disney…. Locatie is waar het om draait bij dit hotel. 3 minuten lopen en we waren bij Disney. Kamers zijn ruim. Verder een basic hotel.

Close to Disney but needs updating. That the elevator was broken and we had to walk up 4 flights of stairs. The place could be updated and cleaned a bit better. The beds aren’t super comfy. It just need a good updated especially being that close to Disney it’s not worth what we paid for. It’s very close to Disney! Has some shops right next to it if you need anything or snacks.

Pleasant they over charged us from what booking.com quoted and I was never notified of the price change distance from Disneyland, very convenient. rooms were nice, parking was easy

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your recent stay with us. It looks like for the reservation, the room and tax was charged correctly from what you have booked with Booking.com. The only additional fee that was charged upon check-in was the parking and tax with the Deposit. It does state on the Booking.com website that the hotel does charged for parking.
It was close to the park but not the greatest of facilities for the price. The vending machines, elevator, tv remote and ice machine by us was broken. It was a 5 minute walk to the park.

We will never stay again Roaches in the room we stayed in and the ac was leaking all night made a huge puddle in the room Wouldn’t be surprised if there was mold under the dirty carpet Absolutely nothing! Roach infested Staff not willing to help out They suggested we check out and check back in the next day for a different room without a refund

The room was Ok, I will look for a better hotel on my next visit. The homeless people we had to navigate through on our way to Disney. The room was almost too small for the beds. The AC unit made it very humid in the room No shower curtain when we arrived. We did not know about or eat breakfast at the facility. The room was clean, and the distance to the park was very nice
