Disappointing
Great location and decent rooms but you won't get any rest The location was very noisy. Hard to sleep as there were tour buses coming in late at night and people talking loudly. The buses made lots of noise from the engines. Rooms were not sound proof at all. You can hear the people in the next room clearly the location was good, check in was easy.

we have stayed a couple times at this hotel, and loved it because of location and cleanliness but this time for some rea every time we stay, we get a nice room with good lighting that’s clean and updated but this time the room was old not so clean or comfortable with really bad lighting and was really small. we have stayed at this property multiple times because we love the location
happy enough because of location. walls are paper thin, you can hear everything the next room is doing and always getting woken up. cold rooms and not warm enough bedding. location was perfect, 5 minute walk down to Disneyland
Will never stay there again Noice level have never stayed at a location with so much noise with never again Location was good did not like the noise and people getting ice was right out our door
Noisy Our room was right in front of the ice machine was super loud people getting ice at all hours room is super noisy u can hear people conversations outside people going upstairs we heard all the footsteps of people running upstairs this was our second time staying at this location probably won't stay at this location again Location
Very Poor Staff was very rude and unhelpful. I'm a paraplegic and needed a handicap room. Desk clerk didn't even look. Said he can't help because I booked 3rd party. Also made me fill out paperwork on my wallet. No clipboard, and didn't tell me they had a lower counter for wheelchairs. I saw it later. Wow! Blew my mind! Sad, very very sad. Location
