Very Poor The staff was unhelpful. The alarm clock didn’t work. The maintenance person they sent to help yelled at me and my daughter. I asked for more towels they never arrive. I had to go to the front desk. I’ve stated this hotel before and the service was good however I would say in the last six months, stayed there three times and the service has gotten worse and worse I like location

Location is great. Motel itself is meh The walls are thin, the pool is small, the water in the sink smelled funny, there were no usb ports, and overall it does not live up to its Instagram. Right across the street is the Anaheim which is slightly cheaper but much nicer with a huge pool. The location is great!

I slept two hours a night. Spent Disneyland in pain. If you’re older or have spine ailments OR a broken hip, stay elsewh The beds were hard as rocks. I requested a room for a disabled person and was assigned a tub room. It was across the street from Disneyland and had a lovely pool with water features and a disability lift.

The only thing we liked about the hotel was how close it was to the park Extremely loud. We barely slept. Also, there are only two machines where you can buy bottled water on site and one gets locked up in the pool area at night. The other one ran out of water bottles during our stay and I had to leave the property at almost midnight just to get water for my family. Close to Disneyland
