it sucked! there was a terrible odor coming out of bathroom sink that permeated the whole room, told front desk, they said they would take care of it while we were gone. Nope stilled smelled terrible. Was told we had connecting rooms at check in but rooms were not ready, came back a few hours later and the rooms we signed for were not the rooms we got and were not even side by side but had a room in between. Called front desk and got the run around. Won’t stay here again or recommend to anyone. location is the only thing.

My granddaughter threw up in the crib at 8:00 pm and I called the front desk to bring a sheet to replace. After 40 minut There was no shampoo in our room. The staff were not friendly. only plus is the cheapest and closest to Disney check in time 3pm is outrageous considering I hear them cleaning at 7am knocking on doors check out time is 12 and my wife and kid took a nap in the lobby because they wouldn’t let us into the room close to Disney land
