Disappointing Good location, close to things all around. Beds were ridiculously small for 2 adults. Uncomfortable. Then we had a lovely room right next to the ice machine and stairs, so that was fun. They offer no breakfast or even real amenities aside from location. Nothing was opened. Good location, close to things all around.
it was ok, I wish the noise from the outside was not as loud. the rooms were small and staying next on the first floor you can hear everything. I liked how it was so close to Disney and also across the garden walk.
Disappointing
Won’t stay again The sink was absolutely disgusting. The toilet paper roll kept breaking on us. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. They didn’t serve breakfast even though it says they give you a bag with a few items in it. There’s no way to buy snacks or anything. Just awful. Not worth my money. The location was good
very unprofessional, especially for me paying in full being told my room was ready before I arrived only to be told I got there and my room wasn’t ready, then I over heard the employees saying they have my room away to somebody else. I prepaid for my room in advance and was told earlier everything would be set when I arrived. I got told it could be a few hours late for another room but they had a smaller room ready. Location great, our room was so loud. Hard to rest. Our room happened to be in the worst spot ever. The ice machine, elevator and stairs were literally three feet from our window. We were woken up multiple times starting at 6am by people using the ice machine, going up and down the stairs, etc. Mind you the ice machine is not in a separate room as it usually is in most places, it’s out in the open next to the stairs. Keep looking not worth the money. Smelled like old dirty carpet, furniture was stained and beat up way overpriced you can find much nicer places for less money a block away across the street from Disneyland but that's about it will never stay there again supposed to keep writing here but really have nothing to say
Would not stay again The first room was not clean but they did give me another one. I found a spider in my bed and the middle of the night someone tried to get into my room thinking it was there’s, bit unnerving when you are by yourself. There was not place for breakfast You can walk a block to the main gates to Disneyland I felt safe by myself and the restaurant at the top of the place was a great place to see the fireworks while eating dinner.
beds are so uncomfortable, the location of property was great when we were already checked out at in a different city, someone at the Grand Legacy used our credit card to buy drinks. the staff didn’t do much but say they would research and have a manager us call back. they never did. we had our bank stop our card and dispute the charge. very disappointed that our private information was stolen by a staff member at the hotel and used at the hotel. that alone I will never go to that hotel again location
