NEVER stay here!!!! This property is in close proximity to Disneyland (right across the street), and that is why I booked here. Even before I checked in, the problems began. They incorrectly charged my card prior to my stay and made it difficult to sort out the issues upon check in. Then the 2nd night I stayed, I found BUGS in the room, giant cockroaches!! I immediately notified the manager and they could not guarantee to give me a room replacement without bugs in it. Terrible experience and absolutely unsanitary conditions.... read more
great location, Covid has caused them to make cutbacks, no housekeeping, no breakfast, no snack packs. all things they u no daily house keeping . when I had a request for new bedding after my sons diaper leaked calling at 6:30 am, the front desk staff said they would send someone while we were away at Disneyland and assured me it would be done around 10 am. when we arrived for nap at 3 pm housekeeping never arrived. Rather stay at a nice place with a shuttle than at a close hotel that’s outdated Ants in the room. No continental breakfast. Rooms are old. Super close to Disneyland was the best part.
Fair Room was smaller than advertised. There is NO coffee shop, as advertised. Location to Disneyland is great. No breakfast. Parking sucked…there sh be assigned parking when you are paying for parking. Nice pool.
Overpriced, with bugs, unconcerned staff, non responsive hotel. Ants crawling all over the toilet during the entire stay, so you have to kill them before using the facilities- in the middle of the night. Staff unresponsive to the problem. No accommodation made by the hotel for that bad experience which continued instead of being resolved. And the air conditioning in the room was inadequate. It was a very basic room for a premium price, and it was not well maintained. Still blaming Covid for why they had no breakfast offered.... read more
