Beware Bad experience they add items you unauthorized like warranty, and they gave me the runaround.

Used vehicles, shouldn't be posted if vehicles is not ready to be sold. Damage from used vehicles should be serviced and ready by the time the vehicle is posted in any app or at least the customer should be warned before the purchase or financing that the vehicle cannot leave premises due to pending services and repairs

Good prices but couldn’t get the little things done right to make the sale go smooth. I’ve called about getting records of warranties after buying a new truck and I cant get a response. Worrying that once you sign your finance they don’t care to answer questions so hard to believe they will be. Of good service if warranties are ever needed.

Dealing with Eric the salesman was incredibly frustrating and trying to get information out of him was like pulling teeth. He had a smug attitude.

The salesman was great New but he was trying to do a good job. We had two finance guys and one was very sneaky. Tried to add a warranty when we made sure we told him we did not want to warranty so anyone needs to be very careful when they’re doing the number part of the transaction.

Worst! If I could give them negative stars I would. Scammers! Not honest people! Very unprofessional. They try to sneak add on warranties telling you is mandatory to be able to finance.

Our sales person was great however after test driving we asked to have the vehicle looked at and the service department was adamant there was no issue. We insisted on the vehicle being as serviced and after two weeks of not having the vehicle I purchased I received a text stating they were cancelling the sale because of a bad engine. I would never recommend Grand prairie Ford to anyone. Stay away unless you want empty promises and a service department that's incompetent.
